Bevestigen met Isofix of autogordel
Is jouw auto uitgerust met Isofix maar die van je partner of de oppas niet? Dan is een autostoeltje dat zowel voor Isofix als de autogordel geschikt is wat voor jou.

Bevestig je een autostoeltje met Isofix, dan staat hij muurvast in de auto. Tussen de rugleuning en de zitting van de achterbank zitten in de meeste auto’s isofixhaken. Hier kun je het autostoeltje op vast klikken. Met dit bevestigingssysteem is verkeerde installatie van een autostoeltje vrijwel onmogelijk. Het autostoeltje staat stevig op de achterbank en staat in verbinding met de carrosserie van de auto, extra veilig dus!
Autogordel
Ook met de 3-punts autogordel kun je een autostoeltje veilig installeren. Let op dat je niet vergeet om te controleren of je het autostoeltje op de juiste manier bevestigd hebt. Soms gebruik je de 3-punts autogordel om zowel je kindje als de autostoel veilig te bevestigen. De gordelhaken waarmee de meeste autostoeltjes uitgerust zijn, voorkomen dat de autogordel in de nek van je kindje zal snijden.
Isofix en autogordel
Om een groep 2/3 autostoeltje die met Isofix bevestigd moet worden te installeren, maak je naast Isofix ook gebruik van de 3-punts autogordel. Zo staat het autostoeltje extra stevig op de achterbank. Je gebruikt namelijk beide bevestigingswijzen tegelijkertijd.
